Work with us

SITE is committed to a diverse and inclusive supply chain – one that is reflective of the communities where we work and live.  We are committed to using small, local, and diverse businesses to support our business needs where possible, and are always interested in fostering mutually invested, long term relationships with valued suppliers.

Indigenous Suppliers

Indigenous Engagement is an integral part of our business.  We regularly partner with local businesses in the communities we work in.  As allies, one of our goals is to create opportunities and ensure sustainability that will last far beyond each project. To do this, we aim to build strong, ongoing relationships with Indigenous suppliers across a wide array of goods and services.

Prequalifying with SITE

All suppliers must pre-qualify before they can work with us.

Contractors working on our construction sites and/or in our office locations must be subscribed to ISNetworld, our online prequalification tool, and maintain a passing grade while working on our projects.

Vendors providing goods/materials to our projects and corporate offices prequalify using our own internal system.

If you are a non-Indigenous business looking to Work with Us and you think you might provide goods and/or services that could be a good fit for SITE, please complete this simple Supplier Information Form to tell us more about your company.   If we too see the potential, someone from our team will reach out to discuss next steps.

What is “Pre-qualifying/Prequalification”?

Pre-qualifying is the process of evaluating and screening potential suppliers before they are allowed to bid for contracts or provide goods or services.

Why do I have to “Pre-qualify”?

Our goal is to ensure that suppliers meet the required standards in terms of quality, reliability, financial stability, and compliance with regulations or industry standards.  The construction industry is held to strict government laws and standards that we, along with our suppliers must adhere to.

Does Pre-qualifying guarantee work?

No, we cannot guarantee any work, however suppliers who are pre-qualified have a much higher likelihood of being sourced to work for SITE.
