Through strategic acquisitions and partnerships, SITE has steadily expanded our capabilities, growing into a trusted industry leader. Today, SITE stands as a dynamic , multi disciplinary company, committed to delivering innovative, high quality services while staying true to our roots and core values.

PROJECT TIMELINE

2010

SITE Diversified

Site diversified it’s services by partnering with Bear Slashing, the largest provider of remote access, land clearing, slashing, mulching and environmental services in Western Canada.

SITE Formed.

Site formed through partnerships with Tri City Contracting Ltd. ( Cold Lake, Alberta) and Timberline Industries ( Pierceland, Saskatchewan )

SITE Partners

Site partners with Greg Cousins Construction and it’s subsidiary Pac rentals (Saskatchewan ) to expand into the Canadian Bakken.

SITE Expands

Site expands it’s remote access capabilities by partnering with HCL National ( Fairview, Alberta) , the third largest mulching services provider in Western Canada.

Site strengthens it’s position in the Canadian Bakken by partnering with George Foord Construction ( Estevan, Saskatchewan )

G.Richard Drilling joined SITE

G.Richard Drilling joined Site, adding low impact environmentally sustainable, drilling operations to Site’s services catalogue.

I.W. Kuhn Environmental (Acadia Valley, Alberta) joined SITE

I.W. Kuhn Environmental (Acadia Valley, Alberta) joined Site in November 2012 and brought 30 years of experience in site construction and maintenance, remediation, site decommissioning, demolition and reclamation services.

SITE acquired Force Pile Driving

Site acquired Force Pile Driving ( Blackfalds, Alberta) an Alberta based company providing custom pile driving solutions in Western Canada.

SCF Partners complete the strategic merger

In January 2018, SCF Partners complete the strategic merger of it’s portfolio companies which includes Site to create Centurion Group a global player in the energy rental, support and infrastructure market.

SITE Welcomed

Site welcomed the addition of Copps Services Inc who merged their Canadian assets and new entity Force Copps Piling Inc.

Centurion Expands

Centurion expands to Puerto Rico, USA and forms Centurion Group (Puerto Rico) LLC to provide Vegetation Management services to Luma, who are responsible for the modernization and operation of Puerto Rico’s electric transmission and distribution system.

A New Name

A new name, SITE changes it’s name to Centurion Canada Infrastructure Inc, Bear Access and Environmental Services and Force Copps Piling Inc continue to operate as separate entities under the Centurion Brand

Centurion Group ( Puerto Rico ) LLP Awarded

In May 2022, Centurion Group ( Puerto Rico ) LLP is awarded a three year contract to perform vegetation management services in Puerto Rico .

Hillcore Group acquired Centurion

In May 2024 the Hillcore Group acquired Centurion Canada Infrastructure Inc, including Force Copps Piling Inc, Bear Access and Environmental and Centurion Group ( Puerto Rico).
